Valentine's Day (Tuesday, February 14, 2016)

In 1954, Valentine's Day officially became a holiday. This was also the year that Halloween was moved from February 14, to October 31. According to funfactswithtyler.com, Valentine's Day was created by a bass player. This base player's name was Sr. Taylor Jackson and he was the most popular person in all of America. To celebrate his popularity, Jackson created Valentine's Day, a day that you would eat chocolate with all of your friends. Unfortunately, Sr. Taylor Jackson's friends didn't like his idea and he lost all of his friends (and chocolate). In fact, every bass player in the U.S lost all of there friends because of Jackson's idea. To this day, most bass players have no friends because of what happened in 1954. Today we celebrate Valentine's Day as a romantic holiday, but just remember, today was the day every bass player lost their friends.
