When asked the question, "who created neighbors?" you might think it's an easy question and you're right. Neighbors were created in the 15th century so that people could have more friends. As for who created the idea of neighbors, we believe it was Captain Lieutenant Francisco, King of Maryland at the time. We believe this to be true, because on page 4 of his diary he wrote "I think I will create the concept of neighbors so people can have friends." And on page 15 we found this:

Some how there's a paradox on page 15, and whatever is typed above ends up in his diary.
